[NCUC-EC] UPDATED: IGF Travel Support Applications

Hi

I don't think Joash has enough experience. I also put in the criterion for
the applicants to tell us in their own words what they think NCUC does to
see if they investigate, do a bit of research and come up with their own
text. Joash clearly has not done that and copy pasted a description. So I
think he needs a bit of more time to get more active with NCUC.

Louise and Kholoud are both great and their applications look very good.

we need to decide whether we want to use CROP for IGF. I am leaning towards
not allocating it. We did not receive enough applications to justify it and
it is too late to re-issue the call.

For Arsene,
perhaps we could ask him if he could consider receiving partial funding
from NCUC? Split between Louise and Arsene? 820 USD each?

We need to decide on whether to allocate our only outside of region CROP.
we announced CROP for IGF so it's a tricky decision but I am sure you have
an anser.

Please discuss and let me know very soon we are already late if we want to
allocate CROP for IGF.
