[NCUC-EC] NCUC Community Travel response

Renata,

One thing is to hint out better communication between the Fellowship and
NextGen program and the SO/ACs on the allegedly members. Another thing is
to introduce the subject of NextGen, Fellowship and Onboarding and spend 5
paragraphs criticising exclusively the Fellowship program based on the fact
that it has funded travellers. We all have some criticism to share about
these programs, but if we're to include them on this document, I believe it
should be more related to NCUC.

Should we resume this part then? Maybe focusing on the communication and
NCUC's will to better participate of the selection/follow-up process
instead of whats already there, what do you think ?
