[NCUC-EC] FW: INPUT REQUIRED: FY18 NCPH Intersessional

Dear all,
I support intersessional once in two years. It was nice to attend the one
in Reykjavik but I don't see any real need to make this annually.
A note: Canada is not visa friendly. For example, they have no embassy in
Germany and to get Canadian visa I have to travel to Vienna and wait there
for several days. I won't call this friendly.
Warm regards,
Tanya
