[NCUC-EC] FW: INPUT REQUIRED: FY18 NCPH Intersessional

Dear colleagues

I do believe the intersessional is beneficial and should be held every year.

The US is not really visa friendly to say the least but at the same time am
thinking of colleagues like Farzaneh and am not seeing any advance on that
travel ban so far.

This is really intricate question. I heard Canada is visa friendly
especially to those affected by the ban but am just thinking out loud, not
wuite sure.
