[NCUC-EC] Abu Dhabi Travel Slots

Hi,

Sorry for my delay getting back to you, I've been away from Internet
the last few days.

Personally, I feel there's room for both "rotation" as well as more
strategic considerations in allocating these slots, and that it would
be good to discuss this further, perhaps with an eye to establishing a
set of criteria for making these decisions.

In this case though, if my getting support for additional hotel nights
would mean that Ines would be unable to attend (or have to go heavily
out of pocket to be there), I would like to withdraw my request, so
that the funds can be allocated where they are more needed. As I
mentioned, I anticipate I'll have my airfare covered through CCWG
anyway, and I expect I'll be able to squeeze an additional night or
two out of my per diem as well.

However, perhaps we could try and see if it's possible to front load
our NCUC session(s) this time around, as it would be easier for me to
attend if they were on the first or second day?

Best,

Michael
