Correction, Tapani
NCSG travel slot is the responsibility of the NCSG Executive Committee. 
You continue to confuse the entire EC with your personal decision, and that's got to stop. 
You merely chair the NCSG EC, you are not the dictator of the SG who makes decisions solely and unilaterally. 
So in referring to NCSG, please stop using the first person singular and start chairing the committee as you are supposed to
