[NCUC-EC] Aarti's travel

Hi

We cannot treat our ncuc travellers differently. Their budget is limited.
We can't have one staying in a luxurious hotel getting all the icann
support (visa letter etc) and others in cheaper hotels. And icann's hotel
is of course out of NCUC budget we can't afford it. The idea of having
Aarti to give back the per diem to Robin is not gonna work out.because as
I said we want to treat NCUC travellers similarly and we have a limited
budget.

I understand that it's your responsibility to deal with this. I urge you to
carry out your responsibility with care. If we don't hear about this soon I
will instruct Aarti to go ahead and reserve her plane ticket and everything
else on NCUC dime because it's getting expensive and late.
