Flyer

- Mostly just updated it so that the IANA transition is referred to as a recent thing, rather than currently happening, and replaced Rafik’s name with Farzaneh’s.

Also, thus was very inconsistent with hyphenation - are we the Non-Commercial Users, or the Noncommercial Users, or even the NonCommerciual Users? I
ve stuck with Noncommercial for now.
