[NCUC-EC] Aarti's travel

Hi Tapani

No, that would mean that Robin will not get the stipend for her travel and
will be sent off to a cheap hotel ( like some of us) I don't think she
offered to have her airfare transferred to face this.

If they don't get back to us soon we will ask Aarti to go ahead with the
reservation of airfare. Why something so easy such as this cannot be dealt
with at ICANN is beyond me.
