[NCUC-EC] Outreach proposals - about feedbacks

thanks!
I have only one proposal feedback pending because the structure of the doc
didn't allow me to insert a feedback, it seems there is a problem with
cells in the last line... I can send my feedback via email nevertheless. :-)
