[NCUC-EC] CROP Proposal: RightsCon

Hi Michael

Thank you for sending more information.
I am sorry for not replying earlier. I am at IGF, there are many
AccessNow people here and, as I've mentioned, I'll try and find out
more about the funding process.
However, I'm just one voice, I'm sure the rest of the EC will also
help and chime in on this soon.
