[NCUC-EC] Internet Freedom Festival CROP approved

Hi

I learned today from GSE EU that the CROP for EU was approved. We'll get
official notification soon.

Thanks EC for the analysis and our member who submitted.

We need now to prepare an announcement for members so that they keep an eye
on the session, ask Comms to do a poster etc.

Ayden, I can work with you on a draft. Maryam is copied to help us too if
needed.
