Hi all,

As a member of the onboarding team, I am truly grateful for Kathy's
comments on this. We have dedicated a lot of time to developing the
documents and setting up the onboarding program. Throughout this past year,
we went from draft to action by rolling out the "bite-sized pieces
approach" to understanding NCUC and how NCUC is inserted within ICANN.

While it is a tough call to decide between Olga and Dina, my vote goes to
Dina.
Both are strong and highly qualified candidates; no single vote can
appropriately take into consideration their full potential to engage and
contribute to NCUC. However, I tend to agree with Kathy on Dina. She shows
the commitment and the background to join the team and help the onboarding
program step up to a new level of engagement!

cheers,

Louise Marie Hurel
