Dina has a good background but I myself did not see any follow up on the
public comment initiative and also her last minute withdrawal from PC makes
me choose Olga for all her qualities listed above.

makes sense for us to encourage Dina as I am sure she will learn as much as
mentor if given the right chance.

she volunteered for the PC already. That shows she's very keen to get more
involved. She wasn't quite experienced enough for the PC this time around,
as we determined, but this will be a good opportunity to build her skills
further for the next time a significant opening comes up. Also - she was
Kathy's first choice, which I give significant weight to.

the public comment mailing list, are points that I would like to highlight
from her.

her level of engagement in the IG ecosystem in the european region - at the
local, national and regional level -, her experience in the Law field
(considering the RPMs) and also the fact that she was one of the NextGen
Program mentors is something that the Onboarding program could also profit
from.
