[NCUC-EC] Selection of candidates for Policy Committee representatives

Thanks all. It seems that I won't be able to attend the call as I am stuck
in two conferences. I have made up my mind for the two Policy Committee
members and I would select Nick and Farell.
I also agree that many other members, whether selected or not, can get
involved in Policy making processes.
