[NCUC-EC] NCUC plans for Abu Dhabi

Thanks Michael and everyone else.

I also asked for GAC meeting with NCUC. Lets see if that will happen.

I am inclined to invite the board members who are on the privacy caucus
group which Stephanie shared to tell them who we are and what we are doing
(some know already). That will hopefully be included at the
constituency day.
