[NCUC-EC] NCUC policy training

All,

It turns out that our own members cannot be consultants for the policy
writing advocacy training at NCUC. I have asked ICANN staff to look into
hiring an organization like this http://www.cepow.org/ their event looks

I also found other consulting companies: http://www.icpolicyadvocacy.org/


We will have: 1. online training 2. online training will lead up to the in
person meeting

We need money to hire the consultant and work with some of ICANN learn
features, I will come up with a budget with ICANN staff soon.
Unfortunately, we can't allocate money for travel. The decision about who
would be the consultant is with the staff but we can suggest groups to
them.
