Hi all

I second most of what has been said on the candidates' great potentials and
it was quite hard to make a decision to say the least.

However, keeping in mind the mentor-mentee program, I agree that Milton is
Par Excellence the best candidate we have here to take on the mentor
responsibilities and for the mentee I would like also to give a chance to
Paola Perez for the seriousness of her application, her carreer, her
motivation and also the obstacles to participation she and our fellow
Venezuelian colleagues are currently facing.

Hence, I would go for full support to both Milton and Paola.
