[NCUC-EC] travel support requests

Hi everyone

I would like to make it official here on the list my support for:

- transferring the travel slot to Matthew Shears

- cover the requests of hotel nights to attend outreach and event
(increasing budget for support)

- travel support to Bruna Santos and Claudio Lucena
