[NCUC-EC] travel support requests

Hi

Thanks Farzi

I've tried to update the spreadsheet but it is a great and big group so
just to recall

We have

1 travel slot

1 travel support - 2000usd

outreach hotel nights to cover

Now this last item, do we have an extra budget for that? Can we take it out
of the 2000usd?
