[NCUC-EC] Fwd: NCUC Outreach in Brazil - asking for support

Renata,

We have to keep this simple:

We have two sources of funding: 1. NCUC 2. ICANN

What we do is when something is not possible to get funded by ICANN, then a
request has to be sent to NCUC EC to decide whether it can be funded from
NCUC.

We have said many times that webinars for example are something that can be
supported by ICANN. GSE can fund certain activities, we just need to ask
them.

I am going to schedule a call with GSE ( for Africa they were present in
our CROPP call) and also a call with Milton our treasurer.
