Hi

I guess maybe what Ines is referring is also membership to ACs particularly
At-Large.
This also comes up now and then in LAC w/ some members spreading word that
new NCUC bylaws frown upon participation in RALOs.
Perhaps this is something we'll have to prepare to address in Joburg
outreach clearly and finally.
Clarify that members who have both affiliations are not infringing the
bylaws unless they incurr in ethical conflicts (like asking for funding
twice for the same thing or something like that).
