[NCUC-EC] ICANN 58 Copenhagen - response needed 8 DECEMBER 2016

Hi Milton,

for last year election (around the same time like this year), our EC itself
started just after the results announced and had our first confcall and
making decision in December. we are kind of late in term in election and
hope that next year it will be held prior to AGM.
