Thanks for the message
let's remember first that is an experiment to see reactions and learn from.
habits and behaviors are evolving in term of interaction and usage. it is
not about geeky or techy shiny tools we want to try but about improving
ways of doing things and engaging our members, in particular newcomers.
regarding the administration, I don't think EC get involved in admin tasks
like membership list management or mailing list management, which are still
done manually btw. for this case, we are having the manual approval as
temporary workaround, we can open automatic registration without any
verification and do post-management in ad-hoc basis.
