[NCUC-EC] Applications for the alternates of Chair program and leadership program

Hi all

For leadership program alternate my vote goes to Ayden Férdeline, because
he has been extremely involved in WGs and helped NCUC and NCSG chair as
assistent to meetings (remote moderation and other stuff) in ICANN57.
