[NCUC-EC] Travel support to Copenhagen - EC to approve text by Tuesday next week

Hello all,

This looks good to me. While some of the wording is a bit strong, in my
opinion, and my cause people to not apply, I think it is good to go. It
shows how serious we are taking the privilege to attend a meeting with NCUC
funding.

On another note, I am concerned about the pace of things on the EC list as
of late. While I understand the amount of things we need to get done within
a relatively short period of time, I have a suggestion that might make
things more organized because we are all operating in different time-zones
and different work/academic/life schedules. I am currently putting together
a google sheet that we can update with current calls for EC comment or
action, as well as a deadline for when EC members need to have taken
action/commented. This will allow for the list to continue, as always, but
for people to have a way to access previous conversations on the list as
well as make sure they haven't missed anything.

I will work on this today during my flights and get it to you all for
comment. Not only will this serve as a good way to keep everyone on the
same page, but it will also act as a easy to access record of all the work
we are doing as an EC.

Best,
Anna
