[NCUC-EC] Leadership and Chair courses before and during Copenhagen meeting

Hi Farzy, Hi all,
Farz, if you have time to make it to both courses - I would strongly
support sending you to both.
I can't be alternate for any: leadership course requires too much time off
work (given that there is already a week in Copenhagen) and as much as I
like the chairing course, I haven't chaired anything at icann so am not
qualified.
So will support any alternates from EC.

about these two programs (leadership and chair course). Please note that
the courses were presented to Rafik and others in Hyderabad, before
becoming the Chair of NCUC I applied for both the leadership and the
chairing skill course. I am not sure if I can take days off work to attend
the leadership program (before Copenhagen) and you need to evaluate whether
it makes sense to send me to both of these courses since only one member
from our constituency can attend these courses. If I could choose, I'd go

deadline is very soon (20th Dec).
