[NCUC-EC] Leadership and Chair courses before and during Copenhagen meeting

Thanks Renata,

We need to decide on alternates.We could make  a call on the mailing list
for alternates. Or you could decide other ways as you see appropriate since
there is not much time left. I'd say a call on the list with a
clarification that travel support will not be provided by ICANN will be
good and you can give them a tight deadline. Or perhaps if EC sees as
appropriate they can select two EC members among themselves to be
alternates. But inform the members about the decision. or we could use the
alternate slots as an incentive to encourage members to apply for one of
the positions we advertised. I am running out of ideas for the moment.
Leave it to the EC to come up with the best course of action.
