[NCUC-EC] Leadership and Chair courses before and during Copenhagen meeting

Dear Farzi

I think you should do both courses.
I have 2 unofficial mentors in ICANN who did the leadership course and
they loved it.

I can not be a fall back option in any of them because I will be
working hard in IFF the same dates

Perhaps other folks could come forward with their interest and we can
see who we nominate?
