[NCUC-EC] Leadership and Chair courses before and during Copenhagen meeting

Hi everyone, I have received the below email from Gisella, reminding us
about these two programs (leadership and chair course). Please note that
the courses were presented to Rafik and others in Hyderabad, before
becoming the Chair of NCUC I applied for both the leadership and the
chairing skill course. I am not sure if I can take days off work to attend
the leadership program (before Copenhagen) and you need to evaluate whether
it makes sense to send me to both of these courses since only one member
from our constituency can attend these courses. If I could choose, I'd go
with the chairing skills program. That's my preference. But it's up to you
to decide: whether you want to send me there for chair course and perhaps
to the leadership course. and to decide who the alternates should be if I
or someone selected by you could not make it.

In making your decision you need to consider: The person you select should
be able to go to Copenhagen without any airfare support. They should also
be in leadership positions or should be incoming leaders or involved in
various working groups. Please read below for more information. The
deadline is very soon (20th Dec).

Academy course registrations is 20 December 2016. We encourage your group to
nominate one fall back option for each program should the lead candidate
have any issues attending.

*Reminder: **Candidates may be both new and experienced leaders. **Please
