[NCUC-EC] copenhagen

So - looks like the question was asked after 10 pm my time, and then requests submitted before 8am my time, so I’d only have got a chance to respond if I checked and responded to email after 10 pm on a night when I was not expecting anything important. 

I know ICANN is fairly 24 hours, but this is a bit ridiculous. 

Could we please try to keep to at a minimum 24 hour turnarounds on things like this? I know ICANN my give us a tight turnaround on requests, but they need to understand that we need time as well, and really 1 days delay this far out from a meeting isn’t going to make any difference.
