[NCUC-EC] copenhagen

I don’t think I’m likely to be able to attend Copenhagen without ICANN funding at this point, and I’d really like to due to RDS WG work etc. I’m going to look at other sources for future meetings as they are relatively speaking a lot closer to me. 
So I would really like to be considered for travel support to Copenhagen if possible
