[NCUC-EC] Intersessional

Dear ec members,

We need to decide which other delegate should receive travel support for
the intersessional.

Allocation in the past has been made to the NCUC leadership, the EC, and to
NCSG councilors and if any can't attend then others from the NCUC members.
For NCUC we have 7 slots, and as all EC confirmed they can attend so there
is 1 available.  We are new EC, I think important we all attend.

The purpose of interssional is to discuss with counterparts from the
commercial side.  I think we should look to a member of a committee and WG
who will be able to have useful discussion with biz.  Possible committee/WG
are the NCSG policy, NomCom, important working groups.

I suggest announcing on the list with the criteria above (leaders and
active members of important working groups) with a very short deadline
(until tomorrow) and then decide.
