[NCUC-EC] EC Confcall

Hi everyone,

I would like to organize a confcall next week, tentatively friday at
13:00UTC pending the confirmation of availability for all EC members.

Maryam will double-check if that is not conflicting or overlapping  with
any other call and send the invites.
We will talk during the call about about the current issue.
