[NCUC-EC] EC Confcall

Hi Rafik,

We're having NCSG EC meeting at that exact time (Friday 9 August
at 1300 UTC).

That does not necessarily mean you can't have NCUC EC call then,
however, Maryam obviously cannot do two calls at the same time,
so some extra arrangements would be necessary.
