[NCUC-EC] CROPP again and planning for FY17

Hi Rafik,



I looked at Kathy's INTA proposal, it will be held in a month, if she can
be more convincing how she will do outreach for us then I think we can
allocate it to her. ( and ofcourse if ICANN is too strict about 6 weeks
notice we cant allocate it to her)

I can also submit a proposal to go to RIPE. It's a technical meeting but
with potentials for recruiting members that are interested in Civil Society
work. I will send my proposal soon.

And there is also Bill's proposal to go to EuroDIG.

I have cc'd you so that this time you receive the email. Last time we did
not act on this quickly. Please respond soon.
