Rafik, excellent initiative, go to the meeting with our vision aligned and pre guidelines determined is extremely productive. Additionally, in response to Farzi, a significant part of what happens in the meetings are not planned events, so the mere fact of being present with the agenda aligned vision allows us to be more productive.

I intend to lead the process of summary of events for this meeting, as I had suggested earlier and I'll need your help to spread to NCUC members the procedures at the right time. We are basically using #NCUC tag on all posts on social networks, as well as the other # ICANN56 #GNSO, etc. and inform that before each meeting we will disclose a link to a Pad (through our Twitter @NCUC) where any you can write, share links, etc. and will be used as a summary at the end of each meeting. I intend to drill further, but we will invite volunteers and announce that you will test a new model of collaborative rapporteur.

That's it

I don't think being an EC member is enough justification, especially if you are not that active on EC or not involved with any working group. Some of you have not attended one EC meeting since our election took place. When Rafik asked about some sort of report about Intersessional there was kind of no response. But there is always keenness to go to meetings. Except Rafik, Milton, Peter and I, no one else commented on the bylaws. I think it is time to hold ourselves accountable to the community.
