[NCUC-EC] ICANN Buenos Aires Meeting

Hi everyone, apologies for the late reply, I am under the water


I also have no funding to go to Buenos Aires, but interested in joining. I am actually working on some rather concrete things that I would like to have the change to follow up more closely, the Westlake Report saga, and the human rights effort above all. I am also in conversation to organize the local civil society outreach event (by the way, I speak Spanish and Portuguese), and I had volunteer to help with the policy conference.  I was covered for Singapore, but also gave up my travel slot for Los Angeles (ICANN51, which I think was used then by Stephanie Perrin). Please also note that I might be able to cover Dublin out of my own pocket, given it is not too far away, and I might be able to squat the sofa of some local friends--but of course not Buenos Aires.


But don't want to complicate things further, so I suppose I would understand if the EC decide otherwise.

So: Joao has a fellowship, Roy we've not heard from, Stefi was covered for Singapore, so I conclude that if we are planning to use the slots for EC members and not anyone off Council who's doing stuff for us (e.g. Matt), we would be submitting the names of Peter and Grace, correct?
