[NCUC-EC] Re consultation on CCT membership under GNSO endorsement

Thank you for your positive response and suggestion. I understand this form
should be sent to GNSO secretariat by Dec 7. The form itself was sent to
GNSO sec. As suggested by Bill, I am open for another consultation with new
exec team.
