[NCUC-EC] Re consultation on CCT membership under GNSO endorsement

What’s the timeline on this?  There will be a new EC in a week, so if it’s not something that has to happen yesterday I’d suggest you give Rafik and his new team a chance to get in place and chart a course on this and other appointments then…
