[NCUC-EC] CROPP funding

Just got off an hour call with Maryam Bakoshi, our new UK-based, 12 hour a week staff supporter.  She’s very nice and will be a great help to us.

At the end of the call I asked Rob Hoggarth for clarification on CROPP because I simply didn’t remember the rules, since we didn’t get it together to apply in the whole first year of the program, sigh.  

Stefania, I have good news—I misremembered.  The deal is we get 5 trips to regional events to do outreach, full stop.  It is up to us to decide how to allocate them.  So if we wanted, all 5 could be in Europe, or wherever.  We won’t do that, but it’s flexible.  Moreover, there’s no reason why two people couldn’t use two slots to go to the same meeting if there’s a good argument for doing so.
