Hmmm…

Sorry Milton, it occurs to me post hoc my formulation below may sound prejudicial between the two of you in terms of participation.  Not my intention, has been a long day and too much mail.

I guess the flip side alternative would be that you serve as a remote panelist and Joy (who will be there, and opposes closeds) replaces Kathy as a panelist.  Although this then doesn't solve our problem of having loose travel funding for a must be there member (or Kathy's interest in speaking).
