[NCUC-EC] Ballots

[Tapani Tarvainen]

Just a quick report, I met Mary in the hotel lobby very briefly (she
was in a hurry), but she said she'd reply to me ASAP - I understood
she had someone in mind to replace her as the Franklin contact.
So it should be fine.
