Yes. We *did* have our own check, we just used the NCSG check as a
starting point, so that those who had reacted to that didn't have to
do it again. But a separate, NCUC-specific message was sent to all we
hadn't been able to verify otherwise.

To sum up, NCUC voter list was made up of
(1) those who replied to our info check query in the spring, plus
(2) those NCUC members who replied to Robin's call for NCSG election, plus
(3) those who reacted to separate message sent to all not in either
    of the above groups, plus
(4) those who contacted me as a reaction to the message in ncuc-discuss or
    otherwise (via email or in some cases physically in a meeting).
