[NCUC-EC] Fwd: Buenos Aires, Argentina Supported Travel

Oh well.

Do we again have three ICANN-paid travel slots?
Do we know if we can split one - should we ask Glen?

Anyway, I think Peter should be there, if only to give him extra
boost for joining EC mid-term.
Bill as the chair must be there, and Carlos will presumably come
without needing our or ICANN's funding.

That leaves one slot, unless we can split the ICANN slot
or decide to pay for someone from NCUC funds.

Do we have projects that would benefit for some non-EC member's
presence or otherwise non-EC members who would be useful to be in BA?

As for me, I am interested and able to go, also with partial funding,
but I don't think I have any really manifest need to be there (unless
the member database project moves fast and another meeting with Chris
Gift becomes necessary, but there's no way to tell yet).
