[Ec-ncuc] Travel funding

All,

What kind of rules and procedures there are for
deciding who gets funding for travel?

In particular, will there be funds for NCUC EC members (= me)
to attend Beijing, Durban &c, or should I plan on attending
only when I can finance it otherwise?

(I can probably arrange funding for one or two such trips per year,
but not four, and I wouldn't want to have to choose between an ICANN
meeting and IGF.)
