*Hello everyone,*

My name is *Amin Hacha*, and I am honored to present my candidacy statement
for the *NCUC Executive Committee (Europe)*, *M**ale , *I am of *Lebanese
origin* and currently a *resident of Italy.*

*Conflicts of Interest:* None.

Holding a *BS in Computer Science* and a *BA in Business Management*, I
further enriched my skill set with specialized studies in *Fashion
Programming Design*, which I completed in Japan. I currently work as a *Fashion
Programmer*.

I am willing to take on the tasks of the NCUC Executive Committee (Europe)
because I believe in the critical role that the non-commercial community
plays in *defending digital rights*, *promoting the public interest*,
and *shaping
inclusive internet governance*. I have already served in this role and
fully understand the responsibilities it entails—from member engagement and
policy contribution to regional coordination. I am committed to continuing
this work with *energy, transparency, and dedication*, ensuring that
members’ voices remain active, connected, and impactful within NCUC and the
broader ICANN ecosystem. My background in *cross-cultural collaboration and
leadership* equips me to contribute meaningfully and consistently to the
EC’s work. During my current term, I have also been actively working
on the *development
and creation of the NCUC Media and Communications Committee*, aiming to
improve our outreach, visibility, and engagement across platforms.

I remain fully committed to dedicating the necessary time and attention to
fulfill the responsibilities of this position. I have actively participated
in meetings, discussions, and initiatives during my current term, and I
will continue to prioritize this work. I manage my schedule to ensure
consistent availability for EC tasks and community support.

I am especially passionate about *empowering emerging voices*, particularly
youth and civil society actors. I believe that NCUC’s strength lies in
its *diversity
and values*, and I am committed to helping our community grow stronger,
more inclusive, and more impactful—both within NCUC and across the NCSG. I
also strongly support *transparency, accountability, and collaboration*
within NCUC leadership and am always open to dialogue, feedback, and joint
initiatives that benefit our members.

I will be happy to respond to any questions or inquiries on the mailing
list. I sincerely thank you for your trust and support in my nomination,
and I remain committed to working collaboratively with the team to serve
our members and uphold the values of NCUC.
