Purpose-
I have been actively involved with the NCUC since 2017, following my first
engagement with ICANN at ICANN 60 in Abu Dhabi as a "NextGen" participant.
My journey in the field of Internet governance and cybercrime began in 2009
during my university years, and since then, I have remained deeply engaged
in shaping a secure, open, and inclusive digital environment.

As an aspiring Executive Committee (EC) member, I am passionate about the
intersection of technology, governance, and diplomacy. In today’s rapidly
evolving digital landscape, where global connectivity shapes our societies
and economies, effective governance and cooperation in cyberspace have
become more vital than ever.

My interest in joining the EC is rooted in a multidisciplinary background
encompassing technology, law, and international relations. With a
foundation in computer science, I possess a strong grasp of the technical
complexities of internet governance, including cybersecurity, data
protection, and digital rights. Complementing this is my legal education,
which has equipped me with the analytical tools to navigate the national
and international legal frameworks that underpin cyberspace governance.

If elected as EC-AP, my core objective will be to foster inclusive,
multi-stakeholder dialogue within the NCUC and beyond. I believe that
meaningful collaboration among governments, private sector entities, civil
society, and technical communities is essential to advancing innovation,
protecting digital rights, and ensuring the internet remains a free and
open space for all.

I am also committed to upholding key principles such as digital
sovereignty, inclusivity, and human rights in cyberspace. As the digital
world becomes increasingly fragmented, it is crucial that we work to
prevent the balkanization of the internet and preserve its role as a shared
global resource.

Over the years, I have actively participated in numerous conferences,
workshops, and online forums, engaging with a broad range of stakeholders
in the internet governance ecosystem. These experiences have sharpened my
skills in diplomacy, negotiation, and consensus-building, while broadening
my understanding of the complex and evolving nature of internet governance.

As a councilor, I aim to play a catalytic role in connecting diverse
stakeholders, facilitating dialogue, and promoting collaborative solutions
to pressing challenges. Whether it involves advocating for global norms,
mediating stakeholder conflicts, or raising awareness about emerging
threats, I am committed to using my knowledge, experience, and networks to
contribute meaningfully to a secure, inclusive, and rights-respecting
internet.

I am deeply inspired by the transformative potential of the internet to
empower individuals and communities. As an EC member, I hope to leverage my
interdisciplinary expertise and unwavering commitment to help shape a more
equitable and inclusive digital future for NCUC.

Since 2017, I have been closely involved with the APAC community and
maintain strong connections with both emerging and established leaders in
our region. I was a fellow at APIGA 2018, a "NextGen" participant at ICANN
60, a "NextGen Ambassador" at ICANN 63, and a Fellow at ICANN 76 and ICANN
80.

*Time Commitment*
I work remotely and am fully prepared to dedicate the time and energy
necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this role. I sincerely hope to
earn your support for my candidacy. Thank you.
