[NCUC-DISCUSS] [2022-NomCom] NomCom Selection Announcement for ICANN Leadership Positions

@Stephanie, your conclusion nails it: we cannot just sit and blame Nomcom while not working to make sure or at least encourage people who tick the boxes to apply.

So for the future:

Let’s analyze the pertinence and accuracy of the boxes to tick and make amendments if needed
Then let’s see how we could reach out to people or engage more in those positions
Finally, we can be able to assess the effectiveness of the Nomcom selection process. And if we have valuable candidates who are NOT selected we’ll solid arguments: box ticked, gender diversity, ethnography, language, geography, background, etc.
