Thanks for your detailed response, Peter, and for all the hard work.  We 
will have to see if we can encourage more people who "tick the boxes" to 
apply, I guess.  It is our job to do outreach too, we cannot just sit 
back and blame Nomcom for not finding candidates to apply.  It is tough 
these days, because there are many many places to volunteer our time for 
good causes.
